The Sturgeon Lake Office Complex was purchased in 2009, located on Marquis Drive in Prince Albert, Sk. at 3601 5th Avenue East. The office complex sits on 3.2 acres of land and has approximately 30,300 square feet of rental space, tenants consist of Health Canada, INAC, Prince Albert Grand Council Education and Sturgeon Lake TLE Trust
